User agreement
This website is owned and operated by Just Neckers, a division of Zone West Enterprises Ltd. (“Zone West”, “we”, “us”). We offer this website, including all information, tools, products and services available from it, conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions and policies stated here. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We may amend them at any time at our sole discretion, and the current version always governs.
We act solely as a printer and manufacturer of the designs you provide or approve. We are not the author of those designs. You take full responsibility for the content you submit and you agree to indemnify Zone West against any legal issues or claims arising from it.
Your artwork and intellectual property
By uploading a logo, crest or other artwork, or by approving a design, you confirm that you own it or are otherwise authorized to use and reproduce it, and that producing it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. If you intend to resell what we make for you, you confirm you have the full rights to do so. You agree to indemnify Zone West for producing your designs.
You agree not to use this site to create any material that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that otherwise violates the rights of others. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline or cancel any order we consider inappropriate for production.
Orders, pricing and payment
Every necker is custom made to order. Order approvals, payment, cancellations, returns and our workmanship guarantee are described in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Prices and product details may change, and any additional charges will be confirmed with you before we proceed.
Privacy
We collect and handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
The information and materials on this site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zone West is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. You agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Zone West and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, costs and expenses arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of another.
