I am not sure if my existing neckerchief is the same color as your chart. Can you match the color?
If you mail us an actual sample of fabric, we will do our best to match it. *Please note there are limitations to fabric color matching due to dye lot, fading or the color simply no longer being available.
My neckerchief layout is different than any of the listed styles. Can you make other styles?
Absolutely. Everything we manufacture is custom made on demand. Please send us your neckerchief or drawing and we will send you art with a quote before ordering.
How long does production & delivery take?
Regular production & delivery is 3–4 weeks from your final confirmation and go ahead.
Can you RUSH orders?
RUSH orders are available, but do contact us for details.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard or cheque.
Can I pay after I receive my order?
Due to the custom nature of your order, we do require payment prior to the orders shipment.
What if there is something wrong with my order?
We stand behind our product 100%. Should you have any concerns, just contact us.We’ll make it right.
Can I choose the size and color of the Grab Bag Neckerchiefs?
The Grab Bag Neckerchiefs are assorted & pre-packaged in groups of 10 pieces. We are unable to custom package these.
Can I design the necker slide or do you need to?
You can design the necker slide or we can do it for you. Just send us your idea and our Art Department will put something together for you.
What kind of fabric are neckerchiefs made from?
Neckerchiefs are made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. The fabric is excellent for washing and wearing, and holds thermal transfer and embroidery well.
